We wanted to thank you for arranging the services of Masako as our guide in Tokyo on May 21st. It was the most wonderful experience for us, as she was so gracious, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and warm. She helped us love Tokyo. She taught us about Japanese life and culture. She listened to all our requests, and gave us even more. As a final gesture of the day, she made sure we found a great restaurant and helped us order, even though she was already late for her own family, having spent more than the expected time with us. It was truly an amazing experience to meet her.
