Since TOKYO FREE GUIDE is a purely volunteer group, and our activities are based on goodwill, please do not cancel at the last moment. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult who are 20 years old or above. Our guide is totally free of charge and no tips are necessary. However, please be prepared to pay the expenses of the guide, such as admission fees, restaurant meals, transportation fees, etc. We have only English, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean and Chinese speaking guides at the moment. However, the availability of guides who speak these languages other than English or Japanese is limited. Since most of our guides are working in weekdays, we recommend you to book a guide for weekends if you can. Tokyo Free Guide will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred while you are receiving our service. Please be responsible for any actions taken by yourself. Our guides are volunteers and no inappropriate behavior will be accepted. You can book a free guide by filling out the Request Form. Please submit your request at least 2 to 3 weeks before arriving in Tokyo!
